HP SIM 6.3 not displaying serial number in email alerts.?

Hello, i have email alerts working just fine on my SIM server but there is no line item for serial number as you can see below. I have entered all Trap Keywords as per the user guide. How can i get email alerts to display the serial number???

I believe this is not possible, you can create a custom tool that would do a mxnode -ld and use a commandline email program like blat to send the result of the mxnode -ld. But that is still a manual action....
