HP SIM 7.0 Sign in Failed

Hi,

I just finished installing SIM 7.0 on RHEL 6.1 x86_64. When I try to login to the web page for the first time as root, I get Sign-in Failure. Also getting "sign in failed authentication" log in /var/opt/mx/logs/mx.log while trying to sign in as root user & getting "sign in attempt by invalid user" log while trying to sign in as administartor. I have attached the snapshot of /var/opt/mx/logs/mx.log in this post.

Please Reply me if any one has any idea regarding this.

Hi. It has happened to me as well.

I solved this removing all the "Sign-In IP Address Restrictions" for the user.

After that, all worked fine.

Maybe it's a yet unknown bug of the software.
