HP SIM 7.1 to 7.2 Upgrade - service account credentials greyed out.

Hi Guys

 

While trying to update HP SIM from 71. to 7.2 the service account info is incorrect as well as the DB instance name.

 

How do I correct this before the upgrade?

Hmm, thats odd. I wonder is it pulling this info from the DB. Can you post the installer log please? Was the service account changed in live chnaged at any stage?

Your attachment is missing.  You may need a .txt suffix.
