HP SIM 7.3 not showing Uncleared Events status

Hello,

Since yesterday, our SIM server is no longer showing any events in the 'Uncleared events Status' line in the Systems status box. All I see are four -'s. As far as I know, nothing has been changed on the SIM server. The last change was installing the January update last week, but it has worked normally for a few days after the update.

Checking the log, I see the following error in the JBOSS server log:

I have no idea whether this error is related to the problem I'm experiencing or if this is a totally different problem.

Does anyone know what could cause this problem, and how to solve this? It's not a major problem (I can always use the Important Uncleared Events screen), but it would be nice to have the event counters back.

If any more information (logfiles, version numbers, output of commands) is needed, please tell me.

Hello there,

i've seen this on my 7.2 installation, most of the time is's the load on the database and when i waited or restarted the SIM service the status came back. How big is your database?
