HP SIM C 06.01.00.00

Hi,
I installed HP SIM 6.01 and add seome 2008 R2 Standard servers but not getting all the info under Health Status(SNMP) as the attached screen shot.
can anyone suggest what needs to be done to fix this issue?

Use 'Manage Communications' to diagnose.
