HP SIM - Contract and Warranty - how to set up?

Hi!

 

I have my HP SIM 7.2 working for all my machines but I would like to have the feature that alarm will go to HP when a server is going down. I had a quick talk to a HP tech but I need some more info how to set this up and what I need to have installed (+config).

 

Maybe a stupid question but I really don't get it.. so please give some tip on how I should do get this done :)
