HP SIM Error

I am having trouble with the HP SIM Database, I'm using SQL

When loading HP SIM, I get an error on the right hand side saying 'No data available '

Can anyone suggest anything, has anyone had this before?

Hi,

Are you getting this error message for the first time?
Were you using the SIM earlier and was it working fine?
Are you trying to access SIM from home computer or remote computer?
Is the SQL server installed on the same server which has SIM installed?
Restart SQL services in windows. Set the SQL port to 1433.
