HP SIM Event on 2008 Server

Hello

We have HP IM Version 5.2 SP2.
Till we installed some Server on a Citrix XEN Servers on a host, these servers randomly send unreachable messages and in 2-3 days again the reachable messages.
Have someone of you the same Failure or a good idea to solve the probelm.

I'm new with HP Insight Manager so sorry about the small Troubleshoot text.

An observation and a question. You are on HPSIM522, you are 6 revisions back on your version of HPSIM the current release is 6.2.

What version of XEN are you running?

Yes i see that last week, but i'm not sure because of the licensing and that kind of stuff. I will check it in the next day's.

But when someone can help me, i will be very happy.

We have XenServer 5.6 Platinum.
