HP SIM False alerts for Fan & PSU

Hi all.

I have 2 server which are constantlly sending false alerts to Sim relating to fan and power supply removal . as i have checked the servers physically multiple times all LEDs are green, no IML error when logged into ILO system is showing all healthy. 

The exact alerts are as follows: 

(SNMP) Fan Removed (6039)

(SNMP) Power Supply Removed (6034)

they are all running V2.80 of the ilo4 firmware, System ROM P89 v2.92 (11/23/2021 ) 

HP SIM is Version: Systems Insight Manager 7.6.0 - Windows
Build version: C.07.06.00.00r76rc05

host are running the latest version of ESXi 7.0

2. OpenVMS - SMH 2-2-3, False Fan Alerts Occur for RX6600 Which has QXCM1001464114 Remedial Fix Applied

Both of system recommended articles are years old and says no fix available

Hi,

You are already at the newest firmware levels, I would suggest to update the AMS and or Insight Mgmt Agents to rectify the false alerts.
HPE Insight Management Agents for Windows Server
HPE ProLiant Agentless Management Service for HPE Apollo, ProLiant and Synergy Gen9 servers

If the above software's does not fix the issue, please log a support case with HPE.
