HP SIM Migration from 5.3 to 6.2

Hi all,
I need to migrate HP SIM 5.3 to HP SIM 6.2 from one server to a new server.
HP SIM 5.3 (with VSE v 4.0) runs on an HP-UX 11i v3 rx2660 server, the CMS server.
This need to be migrated to SIM 6.2 (ID-VSE 6.2).
My questions are:
1) Is CMS on a vPar supported?
2) Is CMS on a vmGuest supported? (the vmGuest is on a vmHost managed by the CMS)
3) How can I move the licenses of my CMS 5.3 to the new one?
