HP SIM Remote Support.
Hi,
I have a question around the Remote Support Configuration and Services module in HP SIM.
I have discovered and identified a few servers so far and some are showing up as being monitored and others not. The same with the results of a Basic Collection task (see attachment).
My question is, what needs to be configured so that both the Monitoring and Basic Collection returns a Passed result?
The sytems have SNMP configured to send traps to HP SIM. They are configured with the correct certificate and are also configured to trust by certificate. I don't know what conditions need to be met for them to be successful.
Any help appreciated.
Cheers,
Hanré
