HP SIM + SMH + VM
Hi.
Just wondering if it is possible to install HP SIM without SMH. We are currently running SIM version 6 without SMH but did not remeber how we achived this and if this is working with version 7 also.
As we want to install SIM into a virtual machine IMHO it does not make sense to have SMH installed on that system.
Thanks a lot
Cheers.

Re: HP SIM + SMH + VM
You need SMH in case you plan to use Insight Remote Support Advance 5.x.
I guess you made a custom installation and did not select the SMH.
or you uninstalled it after the default installation.

Re: HP SIM + SMH + VM
But SMH cannot be unselected even on custom installation.
The checkbox is greyed out.
Regards.
