HP SIM Security Issue

Hello,
i play with security for HP sim and from then i can't see the collection i have created before.
i gave my self all the permission that i can in the Security page but still i can't see the collection.

if i create a new collection now, my user is the only one who see it which means if i log in with another user i can't see the new collection as well.
what can i do?

sounds like you need to create shared collections not private.

Private means that only the user that create that folder can see it? even other administrator can't?

i also want to know:
if i create private collection with user "1" and then the user is deleted hoe can i reach this collection with another user?!
