HP SIM Service Account Password Change
We have changed the password for the service account on HP SIM, and cannot start HPSIM.
On the server (Win 2003) the "Checking HTTP Server status xx:xx runs forever and HPSIM does not start. I have gone into the windows services and updated the service account password for HPSIM, MSSQL and OpenSSH, but it does not start. Tried to run mxuser -m but this does not work as HPSIM is not running!
Should I do an upgrade and user a different service account? Or how can I keep my old config? Must I do a full / or /re install?
Attached is the SIM Log.
