HP SIM Stops Responding

I have SIM running as a virtual machine in Citrix XenServer. I copied it from one server to another, and now, the SIM Webpage seems to randomly not be available. All services are running, and after a few minutes, all of a sudden the web page is responsive and I can log in.

I also tried booting the original one, and I get the same issue. This may or may not be related to the XenServer issue, i have not logged in for a few days. It may have been unresponsive before.

When it does not respond, i cannot even get into the SIM Webpage locally on the server.

Any ideas? Thanks.
