HP SIM agent insatall on Linux

Excuse the noob questions but I am trying to figure out HP SIM as I go.

 

I have a SIM server install on RedHat linux and it works well.  Unfortunately I am having a problem figureing out how to install the SIM agents on my other RedHat/CentOS linux boxes.  I have found plenty of doc on installing the CIM server itself.  I knwo you can manage the clients without installing the agents and that is what I am doing now.  I would like to install the agent(s) so I can get further information on what the servers are doing and better alerting capabilities.

 

Any pointers or help finding doc for what I need would be greatly appreciated.

jlbillman - Was the guide ("Managing ProLiant servers with Linux HOWTO") useful in your scenario ? or you you find out any other way to install HP SIM agent on linux server?
