HP SIM categorizes all traps from vCenter as Informational

Trying to use SIM 7.3 all updates VMware MIBs updated, in the Events display no matter what alert I trigger in a hypervisor or vcenter, events just show as

Not cleared Informational vpxdAlarmInfo

When expanding the details though, I do bget

Associated System Status   Critical

and

This is the current object value in the notification. = alarm.HostConnectivityAlarm - Event: Host connection lost (3971774)

Is there a way to put the more relevant "host down" message in the "event type" field and have SIM treat it as critical?

Re: HP SIM categorizes all traps from vCenter as Informational

you can use SNMP Trap Setting to update the severity of the trap.

By Default if not defined in the mib, the severity is set as Informational.

if it helped, award me Kudos or Points. Thanks :)
