HP SIM custom command batch file errors.
I am running sim 5.1 on a win3k server and when I try to do an automated event action I am getting and error as follows:
batch file c:\sendopenviewmessage.cmd
"c:\Program Files\HP OpenView\bin\opcmsg.exe" o=catom-mcmopvw01 a=H1SIM s=normal msg_grp=Hardware msg_text="%NOTICELABEL% generated message %NOTICEPLAINTEXT%"
stderr ERROR message from SIM:
|| was unexpected at this time.
I have tried a simple batch file to test ie: echo test > test.txt and it works fine. The action show as ran and completed successfully. I'm sure it is some syntax problem.

if i just put msg_text=test it works fine.
