HP SIM stop working

Hi,

My client HP SIM stop working.

When double clicking the SIM icon it is stuck on Waiting for the HP System Insight Manager web server. 

Try opening it with https://localhost:50000 either with IE or Firefox no luck.

Telnet  to port 50000 said Could not open connection to host.

I could not find which version of HP SIM installed as well.

 

The operating system that the software installed is Windows 2008 32 bit edition.

 

Anyone could help me with troubleshooting guide?

Found error in event log:

 

com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database

 

Follow the changing password from:

http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/ITRC-HP-Systems-Insight-Manager/Changing-SIM-Service-Account-Password/td-p/3663951#.UCBes_bia_c

 

Error dissapeared, wait for a minute and now be able to open HP System Insight Manager again.
