HP SIM - system unreachable

Hi

Using HP SIM C.05.02.01.00.03, we're always getting "system unreachable" for the servers.

What could be the issue ?

I tried changing the ping protocol and didn't work either.

- Health Status -
They are shown as "critical" with the following message.

"system unreachable"
