HP SIM v7.3.0 and EMC VNXe monitoring

Hi folks,

It appears that monitoring EMC devices in SIM is not so straight forward, sounds like the EMC mibs are sub-standard at best. We recently deployed a VNXe 3200, I've configured SNMP on the device and sent test traps which never arrive. I've been able to set up an EMC Data Domain ( MIB file installed on SIM), and SIM seems to recognize it.

Any idea why the VNX is so difficult to monitor? And has anyone else been able to set something like this up? We only need the basics ( failed power supply, disk failure, etc.). We have subscribed and config'd the ESRS service from EMC but would like to be proactive in case of problems.
