HP SIM will not start

I have upgradede to HP SIM 5.2. When I launch HP SIM the 'HP Systems Insight Manager check services' box appears. Normally this closes after a few seconds then SIM starts.

Since the upgrade, nothing happens. The box opens and the counter ticks away. It ran for over 16 hours and nothing. I have tried rebooting, stopping/restarting services but cannot get SIM to launch.
Please help.

What happens when you launch a browser and point it to http://localhost:280 ?

did u see any error while upgrade?
can you attach hpsim.log (in c:\). if problem is not in upgradation then attache mxdomainmgr0.log (in c:\programfiles\hp\sim\logs).
