Can any one forward me link
where it gives step by step info
how to save diffrent kind of logs from
HP SIMS and also from SSCD 7.70

Well I am Field Engineer.
I am trying to make or creat a document.
For other Techs how work after hour
at one of our Clients NOC. I am looking for
a step by step way to save Logs from SIM
either in a USB or on the Desktop so it
can forward to Hp Support for futher review.
