HP SIM

Hello,
When try to register to HP SIM so i can get registration key, and after fill all required fields of HP SIM registration form, the message apears: "Unable to process your order".
Can anyone help me with this problem?

LRP,
It might be a temporary network issue.
Try again, may be on a different machine.
