HP SMH - System Model : NULL

I re-installed the SNMP service. All agents report back their details. But the box border showing in grey color instead of green.

I am not having the exact issue with that. Please take a look of the screen attachment. Also, I am using the current version of SMH.

After installing (overwrite) the new version of HP Insight Management Agents v7.40.1.0 without reboot. And wait around 10 mins for the Agents collect those hardware information and report to the HPSMH. All Agents boxes return to green color.
