HP SUM 7.4 crashes servers during scan

I scanned 8 Proliant Gen8 servers with SUM 7.4 today running Windows 2008 R2, and 2 of them did a BSOD in the middle of the scan.   These servers are also running XenApp 6.5, if that matters.


The reported problem mentions HPSUM in the Bucket ID notes:

Bucket ID: X64_0xF4_csrss.exe_BUGCHECK_CRITICAL_PROCESS_TERMINATED_BY_hpsum_service__4e0c3790



Has anyone else seen this problem.
