HP Software Management

Where can I download HP software management? I need it so that the server can be managed thru HPSIM.

For what?
The HP Agents are included as part of a PSP.
It is wise to install the entire PSP as they're tested bundles.
A good jump off point is:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/index.html

Select the OS type, if available and then look for the PSP.
