HP System Home Page Quit working..how can i restart?

HP System Home Page Quit working..how can i restart?

I installed this tool today because it will allow you to see the % complete of an array expansion. Brought it up and it worked great, was able to see my %. Just went back into again and it doesn't work. Now it comes up with compaq web based manaagement screen and i can't log into that. Stopped and restarted the HP System Page service and no luck. Any ideas how to crank it back up. I was at 86% complete last time i got in.
