Next message I received in my Event Log on the computer with Insight Manager:

What's is the problem?

At a guess you've changed the password of the account HPSIM was installed with.
There are procedures documented in the Information Library (I think) on what you need to do to repair this. Try from www.hp.com/go/hpsim and follow the link to the library.
