HPS SIM version 6.3 and SNMP Version??

Someone is installing version 6.3 of HP SIM......what version of SNMP is installed supported when this is installed?????  OR - is SNMP installed prior to HPSIM or as part of the SIM installation???

SNMP isn't installed with HP SIM, it's a service which is installed with the operating system (at least in windows, I don't know how it is with Linux systems...).

Which version of SNMP protocoll HP SIM uses I doesn't know but this should be somewhere in the HP SIM User Guides...
