HPSIM 5.1, VCRM failed to deploy PSP

HPSIM 5.1, VCRM failed to deploy PSP

My customer is trying to deploy PSP 7.70 to all of his servers. The repository is set up correctly and everything seems to be in order. However, when trying to deploy the PSP he gets a failure. That looks like this:

Status Summary -- Failed:1 Total Systems:1

System Status
--------- ------------
websense Agent failed command


Has anyone seen this before?

Websense is a commercial web filtering software that must be interfering with the commands.
