HPSIM 5 database access error

get the following error in the event log, please see attached.

The database we installed locally using the HPSIM install, MSDE.

Is the Database online and accessible?

Rob,

Yes a password change has just been completed, this is for the account that HPSIM was installed with and is used for the HP Service
