HPSIM Agents Not Working

Hi,

I've got a RHEL4 U3 Advanced Server upon which I have install the Proliant Support Pack 7.52 (the server is a DL580). However, when I go into the System Management Homepage, all of the agents appears to be grey, and no information is being reported. I tried restarting the server, and then running the reconfigure of hpasm but this hasn't helped. Does anyone have an idea what it could be? I'm quite new to this SIM stuff.

Hi,

Im not a Linux specialist at all, but is SNMP installed? It is needed to send information to SMH.
Also I have noticed through my little experience with linux servers it is easier to configure SMH and VCA before installation of PSP on server.
