HPSIM C.04 web access

Running HPSIM C.04. I am attempting to access HPSIM from my workstation via the web. I get the login screen (HP) and after entering the correct credentials and the same user account with full access, I receive an HTTP 400 or 404 error stating "request not found". This happens from other workstations in the same domain? Any advice?
