HPSIM PMP gives unsupported configuartion.

I have tried the user guide or install guide with their trouble shooting suggestion it does not work.

Please assist

You can verify the SNMP settings & Agent version on the monitored server. Also verify, whether the server configuration is supported by PMP, by referring its support matrix.

You need to make sure that your CMS's HP agents have the your current HP Insight Manager certificate installed. In other words, you CMS needs to trust itself.
