HPSIM Spaced Used Limit

We are running HPSIM and monitoring Disk Space Usage. The system home page on one server (running Win 2003 with SupportPack 8.10) shows the correct amount used in the text, but graph only shows 2% used for one very large volume (6TB). This is preventing space usage alarms from triggering when the usage exceeds the threshold. The volume size is 6TB and is madeo of several spanned dynamic 2TB LUNS presented from an EVA8000 SAN. Is there a limitation that the agents and homepage can deal with? Screen shot attached. Any thoughts or solutions are appreciated.

Several possibilities. Windows spanning doesn't always show up properly via the Agents (especially if the agents were loaded before any expansions or additions to the SPAN).

Still on my system that had that issue it reflected the correct space on the original LUN. Just never saw the additional space.

the only way I found to fix it was to basically remount a volume that wasn't spanned and copy the data over.. Obviously not a possibility here.. (too much data). (not expecting points as this is no fix.. sorry) Brandon
