HPSIM patch for "hung processes"

Folks,

I just learned that HP has a temporary patch that addresses hung process issues that have plagued HP SIM 5.0 versions.

Exactly. Supposedly, this "hung processes" patch will also be included within the upcoming SP5 patch for HP SIM.

We also have the same issue. Some tasks on multiple servers are run and the job hangs at 0% complete and 0% system resources in use.
Can't see any way of finding out what's stalling it or what to do next.
Is there a real patch ? If so, how to acquire it ?

(SLES9 SP2 with SIM5.0 Update 2 for linux)
