HTTP is disabled on the target system Windows 2008 x64 Std

Has anyone ran into this issue, i've read some post pertaiing to Windows 2003.

Any help would be great.....thnx

firewalls?
have you just tried browsing the the HP Agents directly from your workstation - https://w2k8box:2381
or to the agents from the host itself.
