HW status

[New to HPSIM]

I am in the process of updating HPISM, I have tried every thing referenced in KarimK's forum. We do not have SSH installed but that hasnt stopped the rest of the servers from going green; the HW status has an organge triangle but no description on the System Management Home(SMH) page as to what is wrong with them. Further more the only thing that shows as an issue on the SMH is the version control agent. When I try updating the VC it errors out on cp005396.exe stating The HP System Management Homepage Win32 service was not found by the installer. What should I do?

Try installing SMH on those servers where you are observing VC errors.

Thank you for your response should reinstalling SMH also take care of hardware issue?
