Has anyone upgraded SIM v5.1 SP1 to v5.2 on W2K3 SQL2005

Has anyone upgraded SIM v5.1 SP1 to v5.2 on W2K3 SQL2005

Just wondering if anynoe has upgraded to SIM 5.2. I am currently on v5.1 SP1 running on Windows 2003 using SQL 2005 (Managing 1000+ servers).
I'd be interested to know the following:

1. Is it a simple upgrade?
2. Any issues resulting from the upgrade?
3. Any main issues you were facing in 5.1 that you noticed fixed in 5.2
4. Did you lose any data in SIM?

I have the following issues currently which I hope will be resoved in upgrading v5.2
- mxdomainmgr using up 100% CPU at times
- Cannot load All Scheduled Tasks (Just a blank screen)
- Slow performance navigating in SIM

If anyone has had the courage and upgraded can they provide their feedback?

Hi,

You can take a look @ http://h20325.www2.hp.com/blogs/managementsoftware/.

It says that it is better to install the ICDVD 2.20.

In my case I downloaded just the HPSIM5.2 the installation was simple (I previously had 5.1) and till this moment I haven't noticed any problems. The managed servers are about 10, so the DB is not so big.

And about the performance I can tell it is a little better.
Regards,
