Home Page @ [server]

I am new the HP Insight Manager. One of my server page is getting the following error msg.

"There is no System Management Home Page for camibox02."

How can I fix? I try restarting the services. It did not work.

I have had this happen sometimes. Try this. Restart the homepage service. Then run an Identify System on that server.

If this does not work, and you are using certificates, sometimes the certificate gets corrupted. In this case, remote into the server and open the homepage locally on the box. Go to Settings, Security, Trust Mode, then click on Trusted Certificate. Remove the certificate and then readd it. Log out, and restart the service. You may still need to run an Identify System.

One of these methods has always fixed the problem for me.

Thanks. It was certificate that cause the problem.
