How do I stop the VCRM
The VCRM (installed on the CMS) is running at 100% CPU and is constantly increasing the memory use. I have tried stopping the process, stopping all the associated services, but I cannot get it to stop running. I cannot log into the VCRM GUI because it times out (due to the high CPU usage. Is there any way to stop this process?
