How to drop the SIM DB and create a new one?

I would like to drop our SIM DB and create a new one. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this? I am running MSDE.

Stop the HP SIM service and run

mxinitconfig -r

to remove the configuration followed by

mxinitconfig -a

to initialize a new one
