How to install and configure agents on server in DMZ

After discovering servers and configuring firewall, I try to configure and repair agents on server in DMZ. I want to install SNMP agent, OpenSHH and VCA. In "Enter Credentials" window I type credentials of local administrator on server DMZ. After activation task I get status "failed" with this message:

Waiting for the required components to be located and copied....
Installing SNMP Agents using component cp008820.exe
Installing Version Control Agents using component cp008925.exe
Installing System Management Home Page using component cp008710.exe[IF REQUIRED]
Installing Open SSH for Windows systems.
Install Return Status: [FAILED]
