Hyperlink to command view EVA

We have a number of SMA each controlling several EVA's. SIM has discovered the SMA and the EVA's just fine. If you navigate to an EVA under Tools and Links there is a hyperlink to command view on the SMA which should go direct to the EVA in command view. The SMA has the CMS certificate loaded in command view to form a trust relationship.

But if you clcik on this link, instead of trying to link to https://:2372/command_view_eva it tries to go to a huge URL that starts as https://SMA:2372/Proxy/SSO? etc. and you end up with a blank page. BTW if you use the former URL you get the CV login page and everything works just fine.

I'm sure this is not what is supposed to happen but there is no indication of what is wrong. Any Ideas?

Since you refer to SMA, my guess is that you are running an older version of CV that doesn't support HP SIM SSO.

David, you are spot on.
We have some quite old CV versions simply because of CM restrictions. The new ones (V9) work just fine. Thanks.

We ere able to upgrade one SMA and the hyperlink works fine so old versions (we go back to V6) have problems.
