I can not view details from my servers - SIM 5.1


Hi folks,

I have installed SIM 5.1 in a BL25 G1 and I have a second BL25 G1 in the same enclosure that i want to manage. I have installed psp 7.70 A in all Bl25; but after the discovery is run, i can see only the Ip address from the second Bl25 and i can not see any details, I mean ; under the system type only get ¨ Unkwnow¨ and the ¨ Product Name ¨ field is empy.

I can get details ONLY in the BL25 that has SIM 5.1 installed.

Any ideas about what is missing ???

Most likely if you are running WS03 then the SNMP service is set to only respond to localhost. Use 'Configure or Repair Agents' to correct the communications on the second node.
