I dont see managed systems at All Systems Page

i am installing Hp Sim v.5.0 and entering Sim.No problem. i am doing discovery my network ip range but i don't see my managed systems at All Systems Page.

why i cant see?

i am entering Security-User and Authorization-Authorizations page and press "All Managed System" i can see managed systems in All Managed Systems.

Or i am entering Discovery-Manuel Discovery page. i am entering ip adress for managed systems and press Add System button and comeing a error message "The system could not be added for the following reasons: A system already exist with the ip adress you provided. Please specify a unique ip adress.

why i cant see at All Systems PAge my managed systems?

This link is not resolve my problem. i dont see still my managed systems in All systems page.

Hi,

Could be a collection reference issue..Try click customize on your left pane... look at top right corner. Then select All systems and edit it, your should see the query used to populate the collection..does it match anything you should see ?

I look All Systems query settings in Customize page.
This Setting: Where:system name - is - (any)

i dont see any problem. i think correct this settings.

i press any button this page and i can my managed systems under any list box but still i dont see All Systems page.

What do you see on your page blank or anything else ? When you click "All systems" do you get a new windows with an error message ?

One more question, when you click "Systems by Operating system" do you see anything ?

i click "all systems" and i see "The collection is empty" message at All Systems page.

i click "all systems" and i dont get any windows error message.

i click Systems by Operating System than left panel i can see Operating Systems name (HP-UX, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Windows 2000 ...etc) but not select none, all box clear.
