Re: IBM-Server with HP-SIM
ok this is very interesting. but we don't have the license.
Now I am trying to compile the ibm x3650m2-mibs:
immalert.mib, imm.clp.mib, imm.mib
all steps were ended sucessfully. But in HP-SIM (Options>Events>SNMP Trap Settings) I see the mib but it is empty. No actions are listed.
What can I d`?
thx.

Re: IBM-Server with HP-SIM
Hi
I had a similar problem, with IBM IMM (immalert.mib). I solved this problem by editing the immalert.mib.
IMM send trap with this enterprise OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.158.5.1
But in immalert.mib traps definition have 1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.158.5
I moved all traps from immalertMIB into immtrapg, after than trap OID become correct (1.3.6.1.4.1.2.6.158.5.1.0).
