IOL Embedded NEC98431 shwoing Failed stat

Hi,

Embedded NEC98431 shwoing Failed stat, can some one please gudie on this, i dont want de active this option in Control Panel, i want to solve this issue, here network is working fine, Network pluged in, all staus are okay, any additional guide on this issue?????

Make sure the iLO is not disabled in the BIOS.

we have monitor over all 850 Server is in MOM, some of the sever is showing failed state, so pls advice on this
