Import of data fails

Hello,

 

I have installed HPSIM 7.0 and exported data from another 6.3 installation.

 

When I try and import the 6.3 data into the new 7.0 installation I get the error

 

"Failed to copy import files to REMOTE DB server for the product : hpsim"

 

The database is remote, the user account has administrator access on both servers and sa access on the SQL cluster.

 

What else can I do?
